Stage 13’s Company Program is designed to provide high-level training and professional preparation for dedicated young artists through two distinct, audition-based pathways: Studio Company (Stu Co) and Pre Professional Company (Pre Pro). Together, these programs create a structured training experience that supports students throughout their high school years while developing the skills, discipline, and artistry needed for future opportunities in the performing arts.

Studio Company (Stu Co) is designed for freshmen and sophomores and serves as an intensive training-focused environment for emerging artists who are ready to deepen their craft. Students will receive weekly instruction in dance technique, acting, vocal music, audition preparation, professionalism, and performance skills, while building strong technical foundations and developing confidence as performers. StuCo places a strong emphasis on growth, exploration, and preparing students for the advanced expectations of Pre Professional Company.

Pre Professional Company (Pre Pro) is designed for juniors and seniors and remains Stage 13’s fully scholarshipped company for highly dedicated young artists. While continuing to provide advanced training in acting, dance, and vocal performance, Pre Pro now includes an increased focus on college audition preparation, repertoire development, industry expectations, and next-step planning as students prepare for collegiate and professional opportunities in the performing arts.

Both companies will meet weekly on Tuesdays from 5:30–9:30pm and Sundays from 3:30–5:30pm. Throughout the semester, students will participate in dance technique classes and rotate through smaller-group instruction in acting and vocal music to allow for more individualized coaching and attention. Additional guest artist workshops, field trips, and performance opportunities may also be offered throughout the year.
